AI against Tax Evaders

The government of India plans to use artificial intelligence to catch people who make high value transactions but don’t pay taxes.

Transaction details collected from third party will be used by the AI model to detect anomalies.

Third party sources could be hotel bills, purchase of health insurance and payment of school fees beyond certain financial limit to find evaders.
