Error-Correcting Cat

Yale physicists invented an error-correcting cat. It uses the concept of superposition (Schrödinger’s cat) with the ability to fix problem of noise and errors in a quantum computation.

Until now, quantum researchers have experimented by adding more redendancy to fix errors, which needs a lot of physical qubits for each effective qubit.
